registration officer "registration officer" means- (a) the Director General of National Registration and Deputy Director General of National Registration appointed under section 3; (b) the Director of the Identity Card Division appointed under section 3A; (c) the Director of National Registration of each State appointed under section 3A; (d) any registration officer appointed under paragraph 3B(1)(a); (e) any registration agent appointed under paragraph 3B(1)(b).
